City of St. Albert Announcement, September 17th, 8pm

The City of St. Albert is implementing the Restriction Exemption Program (REP) in City-owned recreation facilities effective September 20.

 

City of St. Albert Restrictions Exemption Program

There will be check in points inside recreation facility doors whereby people 12 and over must show one of the following:

• Proof of vaccination
• Partial vaccination (one dose) accepted between September 20 to October 25 - if received two weeks before entry
• Full vaccination (two doses) required after October 25
• Proof of privately paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed)
• Documentation of a medical exemption

The Restrictions Exemption Program will be in place for as long as the Province mandates this.

This was received this morning and comes into effect for Monday, September 20. 

 

 

Anyone wanting to enter any City of Edmonton Arena must comply with the following.

1. everyone must wear a face covering upon entry

2. anyone one over the age of 12 must show proof of covid 19 vaccination via vaccine passport or a copy of their immunization record.  You must have at minimum one covid vaccine on or prior to September 5

3. If an individual does not have proof of vaccination then a negative covid test within the last 72 hours prior to entering a City of Edmonton arena must be provided.  This must be done at a private facility.   AHS negative test will not be accepted

4. This applies to all players and spectators entering any arenas during the remainder of the SSAC JFM Evaluation Series

The Terwillegar Arena will have only one entrance open and that will be the main entrance at the front of the building.  You can expect wait times as personnel will be checking anyone wanting to enter the arena, so please arrive early.

 

Spectators will also have to be socially distanced.
