Baseline Concussion Testing
Baseline Concussion Testing has been scheduled for all athletes at Active Physio on Saturday, September 29th (Servus Place) at 10 am.
Prior to testing, each athlete will need to visit the following site and register:

The testing phase takes 30 minutes to complete per athlete. Athletes are to attend wearing athletic attire.
A detailed schedule, including a designated time for your athlete, will be posted (circulated) once the team roster is finalized.
This arrangement ensures that your athlete will be assessed by Active Physio staff within a 24 hour window in the event of a suspected concussion and assist in providing 'Return to Play' documentation.
Cost is $80 and may be recoverable (or billed direct) depending upon an individual's benefit plan. Baseline Concussion Testing is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged for all athletes.
